Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at LUNOFIDGETS. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.lunofidgets.com.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Return Period
You may request to return an eligible product within fourteen (14) days after receiving it, or within any longer period required by applicable law.

Please include your full name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
Do not send a product back before receiving return instructions and the correct return address from us.
Return Conditions
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, returned products should be:

Unused and unwashed.

Free from stains, odors, damage, or unreasonable signs of use.

Returned with their original tags and accessories.

Returned in the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Securely packaged for return shipping.
Customers may reasonably inspect a product after receiving it. Opening the packaging does not automatically prevent a return where a cancellation right exists under applicable law.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For an eligible return resulting from a change of mind, incorrect selection, or another reason not caused by LUNOFIDGETS:

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

A cancellation fee may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
The cancellation fee will not exceed 5% of the transaction price.
Defective, Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong product.

An item or component is missing.
-
The product materially differs from its description.

Another problem occurred for which LUNOFIDGETS is responsible.
Please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or video where reasonably possible.
For an approved claim, we may offer an appropriate remedy, including:

A replacement.

An exchange.
-
A full or partial refund.

Reasonable return shipping arrangements.
Where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, incorrect product, delivery issue, or another breach by LUNOFIDGETS, no cancellation fee will be charged and the customer will not be required to bear return costs where prohibited by law.
Return Process
After your return request is approved, we will provide:

The return address.

Packaging instructions.

Any relevant shipping instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt until the return is completed.
LUNOFIDGETS is not responsible for return packages lost before reaching the designated return address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Where required by applicable law, refunds will be processed within the legally required period after receiving a valid cancellation notice and the returned product.
After LUNOFIDGETS issues the refund, your bank, credit-card company, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another product, store credit, or a refund. Nothing in this section limits a customer’s legal right to receive a refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Products
Where permitted by law, the following products may not be eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.

Gift cards.

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons after being opened, where applicable.
These exclusions do not remove mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, not collected, or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, reasonable shipping and return costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the issue was caused by LUNOFIDGETS or a shipping provider acting on our behalf.
Order Cancellations Before Shipping
To request cancellation before an order ships, contact us as soon as possible at lootnwrap@gmail.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
If the order has already shipped, the request will be handled as a return under this policy.
